Capital Airport Group is a family company committed to adding quality developments and infrastructure to their home city, Canberra. Capital Airport Group has already built Canberra’s world-class airport, a thriving retail hub at Majura Park Shopping Centre and three exceptional business parks. And now, with Denman Prospect, they will redefine remarkable living in Canberra.

We joined forces with the Capital Airport Group to launch Denman Prospect. The goal – to develop an awareness campaign and supporting digital business processes that would drive more genuine and qualified sales enquiries.

Solution

If people visited Denman Prospect they’d see for themselves that the location, proximity and elevation really does maximise one’s lifestyle. We developed a clear and attractive campaign positioning statement ‘Perfectly Placed’, to showcase the benefits of living in Denman Prospect. The campaign was brought to life through TV, print and digital.  Awareness and resulting sales leads dramatically improved, with a 200% increase.

The business processes that we developed leveraged integration with Salesforce and provided the  Sales and Marketing teams with a better understanding of the landscape of enquiries. This enabled Denman Prospect was able to better recognise their prospective home buyers and connect with them in a more motivating and memorable way.
