Goal

The Australian Sport Foundation is Australia’s leading sports fundraising organisation and supports almost 3000 athletes, sports clubs, schools and community groups to fundraise. They also have their own fundraising programs that provide small grants to underfunded sports community programs nationally.

The Sports Foundation was considered Australian sport’s best-kept secret. With limited growth and market awareness, they wanted to better engage with the sports industry by refreshing their brand and improve their customer touchpoints, user experience and fundraising systems.

Solution

We reconfigured and added to their technology platforms to create an ecosystem that automated donations, grants, applications, reporting and communications. This solution utilised integration of market-leading platforms, Salesforce, Xero, WordPress, Autopilot and Campaign Monitor, enabling the Sports Foundation to revolutionise all business processes and fully leverage automation and process improvement.

We also created a refreshed brand for the Sports Foundation and rolled this out across all marketing and communication materials and executions.
