A world-class equestrian and event centre, Willinga Park was in need of an entirely custom and integrated CRM solution to manage customers, events, registrations and facility bookings. 

Through leveraging automation, we developed and deployed process flows that would boost administration efficiency, an accommodation booking system which generated personalised ticketing and email journeys and a CRM core with the ability for the system to generate real-time dashboards and reports for Willinga Park.
