With over 200 dental practices across Australia, Bupa Dental needed a better way to support and communicate with individual practices.
Soda created an entirely custom Salesforce Community Portal with a responsive front-end. The portal is a centralised operational hub from which practices can manage their internal systems while having access to national resources and requests.
The Salesforce community has boosted operational efficiency while allowing for head-office to individual practise communication to be smooth and transparent.
